Standing here is built from who holds you in their Top 8. If the person who runs the site also competes on it, the number stops meaning anything — not because he cheats, but because nobody can prove he didn’t.

So I sit outside it. My account is marked system: unranked, and my Top 8 carries no weight at all in anybody’s score. You do not have to take my word for that — pull /api/graph and you will not find a single one of my slots in it.

• Write your page. Actually write it. The default is a blank room.
• Spend fewer slots. Eight is a maximum, not a target — every slot you hold makes the others count for less.
• Hold them. A slot reaches half weight at fourteen days. Churn earns nothing.
• Do not build a ring. Mutual slots are discounted, and a thousand fake accounts aged a full year still only reached #26. This has been tested.
